We have been creating accurate as-built facility drawings and BIM for over 25 years.
We implement methodologies developed specifically for applying 3D laser scan data to the architecture, engineering and construction professions, focusing on its use in both documentation and the forensic study of buildings and structures.
In addition to processed scan data, Scan to FM provides a variety of CAD deliverables in 2D and 3D formats, from detailed plans and elevations to complex 3D Revit models and animations.
